Packages can be shaped around the event schedule, number of rooms, posting needs, deliverables, and budget. Smaller organizer packages may be available by adjusting coverage hours, deliverables, posting support, or turnaround expectations.

- Final pricing depends on schedule, event size, location, coverage hours, number of rooms, and requested content.
- Full congress coverage may include demos, b-roll, competitions, recap edits, short-form clips, and same-event posting support.
- Smaller organizer packages may be available by adjusting coverage hours, deliverables, posting support, or turnaround expectations.
- Out-of-town events require travel, accommodations, and meals to be covered or reimbursed unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

Solo / Couple Video Shoot
A focused short-form session for one dancer or a couple, designed for clean social, portfolio, or promotional content.

The rates above are intended for short artist sessions. For studio work, indoor locations, controlled-lighting setups, workshop filming, or custom deliverables, send the project details and we will recommend the appropriate coverage.
- Rates apply to short outdoor or daytime shoots unless otherwise confirmed.
- Indoor, studio, or controlled-lighting shoots may require additional setup time and fees.
- Studio rental, location fees, permits, and venue costs are not included unless confirmed in writing.
- Discounted promo shoot days may be offered when the date, location, and filming setup are pre-arranged.
- Festival, congress, workshop, recap, and custom event coverage is priced separately from short artist sessions.
